Terms and Conditions of Service

Contractual Relationship These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the access or use by you, an individual, from within any country in the world of applications, websites, content, products, and services (the “Services”) made available by Boo Labs Limited, sometimes doing business as Fixers.ie, a private limited company established in The Republic of Ireland, having its offices at 10 Crosthwaite Park East, Dunlaoghaire, Co.Dublin, registered with the Companies Registration Office of Ireland under number 567755 (hereinafter referred to as “Fixers.ie”).

Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using the services.

Your access and use of the Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms, which establishes a contractual relationship between you and Fixers.ie. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms expressly supersede prior agreements or arrangements with you. Fixers.ie may immediately terminate these Terms or any Services with respect to you, or generally cease offering or deny access to the Services or any portion thereof, at any time for any reason.

Supplemental terms may apply to certain Services, such as policies for a particular event, activity or promotion, and such supplemental terms will be disclosed to you in connection with the applicable Services. Supplemental terms are in addition to, and shall be deemed a part of, the Terms for the purposes of the applicable Services. Supplemental terms shall prevail over these Terms in the event of a conflict with respect to the applicable Services. Fixers.ie may amend the Terms related to the Services from time to time. Amendments will be effective upon Fixers.ie’s posting of such updated Terms at this location or the amended policies or supplemental terms on the applicable Service.

Your continued access or use of the Services after such posting constitutes your consent to be bound by the Terms, as amended. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Services is as provided in Fixers.ie’s Privacy Policy, Fixers.ie may provide to a claims processor or an insurer any necessary information (including your contact information) if there is a complaint, dispute or conflict, which may include an accident, involving you and a Third Party Provider and such information or data is necessary to resolve the complaint, dispute or conflict.

Use restrictions

Use of the Service is permitted only by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable Law. If you do not qualify, do not use the Service. You may not use our service for any unlawful purposes or in furtherance of illegal activities.

Service requests

Service Request Upon registration with Fixers.ie, a Consumer may submit through Fixers.ie a request for service or work (“Service Request”) from Providers. All Service Requests posted through must be lawful and not in violation of any city ordinance, state, local or federal law. After submission of a Service Request, Fixers.ie will inform requested Providers of services requested by Consumer. However, Fixers.ie does not and cannot guarantee that there will be Providers who are capable of or willing to complete the requested services at the time and place requested. Service Request Acceptance When a Provider accepts a Service Request, the Consumer and Provider enter a binding legal agreement between for the Provider to complete the Service Request and the Consumer to pay the Provider. Service Request Completion When a Provider has completed the Service Request, the Provider will mark the request as complete and notify the Consumer via the Service. The Consumer will be automatically billed with their payment information registered with the Service. See below for dispute resolution policies.


The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Fixers.Ie disclaims all representations and warranties, express, implied or statutory, not expressly set out in these terms, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In addition, fixers.Ie makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability or availability of the services or any services or goods requested through the use of the services, or that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Fixers.Ie does not guarantee the quality, suitability, safety or ability of third party providers. You agree that the entire risk arising out of your use of the services, and any service or good requested in connection therewith, remains solely with you, to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

Limitation of liability

Fixers.Ie shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury or property damage related to, in connection with, or otherwise resulting from any use of the services, even if fixers.Ie has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Fixers.Ie shall not be liable for any damages, liability or losses arising out of: (i) your use of or reliance on the services or your inability to access or use the services; or (ii) any transaction or relationship between you and any third party provider, even if fixers.Ie has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Fixers.Ie shall not be liable for delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond fixers.Ie’s reasonable control. In no event shall fixers.Ie’s total liability to you in connection with the services for all damages, losses and causes of action exceed five hundred euros (€500). Fixers.Ie’s services may be used by you to request and schedule professional services with third party providers, but you agree that fixers.Ie has no responsibility or liability to you related to any goods or services provided to you by third party providers other than as expressly set forth in these terms. The limitations and disclaimer in this section 5 do not purport to limit liability or alter your rights as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Content and services


Users may post “star ratings”, information, reviews, comments, messages, photos, profiles, send emails, submit materials, suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information (collectively “User Content”), so long as the User Content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.” You agree that all of the User Content and information posted on the Service (including any ratings, reviews and/or other User Content posted by you), is the sole and exclusive property of Fixers.ie or the party posting such content. Fixers.ie reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove, change or edit such User Content in its sole discretion.

Reliance on Content

“Star ratings”, opinions, advice, statements, reviews, offers, or other information or User Content made available through the Service, but not directly by Fixers.ie, are those of their respective authors, and should not necessarily be relied upon. Such authors are solely responsible for such User Content. Fixers.ie does not: (i) guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service; or (ii) adopt, endorse or accept responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made by any party that appears on the Service. Under no circumstances will Fixers.ie or its affiliates be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information or other content posted on the Service or transmitted to or by any Users.

Information you provide to Fixers.ie

Upon using or registering for an account on the Service, you will be prompted to disclose certain information about yourself and your service requirements if you request services. Some of this information will be sent to Providers, who will need this information to respond to you or to other persons or entities in connection with the Service. By providing this information to Fixers.ie, or by submitting a Service Request, you are requesting, and you expressly consent to having details of your Service Request sent to Providers. You further consent to Fixers.ie’s use and display on the Service of anonymous data records from information collected from your Service Request, including your first name, last initial and the nature of the services you requested in your city. If you send a Service Request, Fixers.ie will send additional identifying information such as your full name, contact phone number, email address, and physical address of the job location to the Providers whom you selected to send the Service Request to. You promise that all information you provide will be accurate, current and truthful to the best of your knowledge. If you provide any information that is untrue, not current or incomplete, or Fixers.ie has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Fixers.ie has the right to refuse any current or future use of the Fixers.ie services (or any portion thereof) by you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You are also responsible for all activities that occur in connection with your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. In the event that you provide Fixers.ie with any feedback regarding the Fixers.ie Service, including without limitation, any flaws, errors, bugs, anomalies, problems with and/or suggestions for the service or the Service (“Feedback”), you hereby assign to Fixers.ie all rights in the Feedback, including but not limited to, the right to use such Feedback and related information in any manner we deem appropriate.

Blocking of ip addresses and udids

In order to protect the integrity of the Service, Fixers.ie reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to block Users from certain IP addresses and UDIDs from accessing the Service.


We have implemented technical and organisational measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorised access, use, alteration or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorised third parties will not be able to defeat those measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. You acknowledge that you provide such information at your own risk.

Termination of account

This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Service. You may terminate your account at any time, for any reason. To cancel an account, please send an email to support at Fixers.ie. If you terminate your account, your account will be disabled. Fixers.ie may terminate your account or this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by sending notice to you at the email address you provide in your account registration, or such other email address as you may later provide to Fixers.ie. All decisions regarding the termination of accounts shall be made in the sole discretion of Fixers.ie. Fixers.ie is not required to provide you notice prior to terminating your account. Fixers.ie is not required, and may be prohibited, from disclosing a reason for the termination of your account. Even after your account is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect.

Jurisdiction and choice of law

If there is any dispute arising out of this Agreement or the use of the Service, by using the Service you expressly agree that any such dispute shall be governed by the laws and Courts of the Republic of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute resolution

You and We agree that any legal disputes or claims between the Parties that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration in California. The arbitration shall be conducted by the American Arbitration Association, or any other established ADR provider mutually agreed upon by the parties. Any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. You agree that in no event shall any claim, action or proceeding by You related in any way to the Fixers.ie Service be instituted more than three (3) years after the cause of action arose.


Consumer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Fixers.ie, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, from and against any loss, liability, claim, demand or suit, including reasonable attorney’s fees, resulting from or arising out of any act or omission of Consumer, except to the extent such loss is caused by Fixers.ie’s sole negligence.

No third party beneficiaries

Except as otherwise set forth expressly herein, nothing contained in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer upon any person or entity, other than Fixers.ie and the Consumer, any benefit, right or remedy.


The following provisions shall survive termination of the Agreement: No Warranty or Endorsement, Interactions and Disputes with Providers, Release, No Warranties, Limitations of Liability, all provisions in the Content on Service section, Disclaimers, Jurisdiction and Choice of Law, Dispute Resolution, Indemnification, No Third Party Beneficiaries, and Survival.
